Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:

Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sirrah Health and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any personal data you input into the App, but you grant us a license to process this data as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App:

- To make critical medical decisions without consulting healthcare professionals
- For any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Premium Services and Billing
Subscription Terms

- Billing is handled through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the app store through which you purchased your subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please refer to their respective refund policies for information about cancellations and refunds.
Disclaimers
AS IS BASIS: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
NO MEDICAL WARRANTIES: We make no warranties regarding the medical accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the App.
TECHNICAL RELIABILITY: While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
AI ANALYSIS ACCURACY: AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health-related consequences, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sirrah Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
App Store Compliance
Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sirrah Health, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and any claims relating to the App should be directed to us, not Apple.
Google Play Store
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sirrah Health, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content, and any claims relating to the App should be directed to us, not Google.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and canceling any premium subscriptions through your app store.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but data stored locally on your device may remain until you delete the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date
- Notify you through the App or other appropriate means
- For material changes, request your acceptance of the updated Terms
Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
