  • The analysis results are returned to your device and the anonymised data is not retained on our servers
  • Important: AI analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations

Report Feature (Optional)

  • When you generate reports, your prescription data is encrypted on your device before transmission
  • Encrypted data is temporarily stored on our servers only until you retrieve your report
  • All encrypted data is automatically deleted from our servers after report retrieval
  • We never store or access the decrypted version of your data on our servers
  • Only you, or a person you have shared your reports private key with, can access the encrypted report

If you create an account for premium features, we collect:

Your Rights and Choices

Control Over Your Data

  • Local Data: You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App
  • Optional Features: You can choose not to use AI analysis, report generation, or premium features
  • Account Data: We regularly purge inactive accounts from our system. Should you wish to delete your account details from our records outside of this maintenance, please contact us.

Data Access and Portability

  • At present, it is not possible to export your data from the App
  • Please contact us should you require any assistance with exporting data prior to this feature being implemented

Data Retention

  • Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
  • Server Data:
    • AI analysis data is never stored
    • Report data is deleted immediately after retrieval
    • Anonymised usage analytics may be retained for service improvement

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority. If we discover we have collected information from a child, we will delete it immediately.

International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in that country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information during such transfers.

AI Processing

Our optional AI analysis feature uses Claude AI by Anthropic to provide informational insights about medication patterns and adherence. This feature is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Anonymised data sent for analysis is subject to Anthropic's privacy practices. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Analytics (If Applicable)

We may use anonymised analytics services to understand App usage patterns. These services do not have access to your prescription data or personal information.
